Is SUPARTZ JFT Covered by My Insurance?

Just like other viscosupplements, SUPARTZ therapy is covered by Medicare and eligible for private plan coverage for the treatment of osteoarthritis. However, it may not be covered by your insurance. Each insurance carrier decides which, if any, product it will cover.

SUPARTZ is indicated for treatment of pain in osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee in patients who have failed to respond
adequately to conservative non-pharmacologic therapy and simple analgesics, e.g., acetaminophen.
